How to i play the playstation 3 add on mission for call of duty 4 modern warfare?

Hello, i recently purchased a add on pack for the Sony Playstation 3 Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4. How do i play the missions in tha add on pack because i don’t see any of them in the multi-player games?
